There
is a quest for sexual satisfaction along with many unanswered questions. What is meant by good sexual compatibility? What are the elements that make sex magical or leave it a dismal, and
unfulfilled proposition for at least one of the partners involved? Is there a component, other than physical, that enters into sexual
satisfaction? These are questions that have puzzled humankind since the beginning
of recorded time and which are still largely unanswered.Though people are not quite as much in the Dark Ages concerning our
sexual responsibility as they were two decades ago, researchers have
discovered that sexual success rests, at least in part, on the management of
sexual energy. This energy, released by the body at the moment of orgasm, travels
electrically and chemically throughout the nervous system. In fact, orgasm itself is a "rush" or a speeding up of
energy along the neural pathways which climaxes in a kind of explosion which
leaves the individual in a changed emotional state.Reactions to orgasm range from fatigue to buoyant behavior but the
usual response is relief and immediate relaxation. In as sense, therefore, orgasm and meditation perform a service to
the right brain since they reduce the pressure of energy which has built up
in the body as a result of daily stress.
The
power in sexual energy is due to the fact that males and females receive
each others vibrations during love making. Each partner unconsciously absorbs an energy charge which results in
an interchange of force fields. The result is like a battery which creates a negative and positive
polarity.With
sensitive and highly charged partners, the sexual encounter can temporarily
paralyze or short circuit the nervous system and cause the participants to
feel "spaced out."Males have been allowed to enjoy sex throughout history, female
sexuality has been suppressed until recent times.Since it was believed that women were more sensitive and psychic than
men, it may have appeared to men in the past that the female orgasm was
dangerous because it was so closely linked to intuitive ability. Thus it was safe for men to pour their sexual energy into women
during love making since women remained inert and passive. In this way little polarized energy transfer took place and for
centuries society acknowledged this practice as the norm.
From
biblical doctrine to the mythology of ancient cultures, people read about
the use and misuse of sexuality. The Bible chastens against man "spilling his own seed."Other punishments are also enacted against those who would be too
free sexually as in the story of Sodom and Gomorrah.Eastern mystical religious tend to downplay the sexual urge and
suggest that energy be released in other ways.Since most of our basic institutions are still blissfully ignorant
about the kind of sex education needed for children and adults, the problem
of changing fundamental ideas is a nearly impossible task. What is needed is an energy approach to sex, a better understanding
of the right brain and how it is connected to sexuality, and a means by
which people can learn to harmonize their vibrations before they enter into
intimate relations.
So
many false ideas exist about sex that it may take decades to overcome a
history of misinformation.Hopefully new research on the right brain will prove that human
beings are powerful transmitters of energy, especially during sex.Such knowledge will help prevent the misuse of sexual energy and maycontribute to the opening of the right brain as well as improved
communication between men and women.
